Igaza van, ennél a karkötőnél valóban csak annyi lett feltüntetve, hogy állítható méret.
Pótoljuk a hiányzó adatot rövidesen. (Viszont ez nem jellemző webshopunkban, mert igyekszünk minden ékszerről megfelelő tájékoztatást adni.)
Az Ön számára viszont adott a lehetőség, hogy visszaküldje a nem megfelelő ékszert.
Mivel nem volt feltüntetve a méret, így ez nem az Ön hibája, hogy nem megfelelő méretet rendelt, ezért ezt garanciális esetként kezeljük és a visszaküldés költségét is mi álljuk.
Alternatívaként felkínáljuk, hogy megtarthatja az ékszert, ha esetleg valakinek el tudja ajándékozni, és a fiókjában a mérethibás ékszer árával egyenértékű, azonnal levásárolható törzsváráslói pontot írunk jóvá.
